Just finished watching the video you posted &quot;where babies come from&quot; and read this article about RFM.

I&#039;m a big fan of marketing education around &quot;core principles&quot; which was discussed in the interview as well as evidenced by the books &quot;The Advertising Solution&quot; &#038; &quot;Breakthrough&quot; (both of which I purchased recently).

Along those lines, do you have any recommended reading or books that flesh out RFM a bit more?  I&#039;d love to read more, but would love a recommendation on where or who to read from your perspective.
